Welcome To The Falbey Institute for the Development of Real Estate

The global economic recession has changed the future course of real estate development. Our mission is to make learning how to properly and sustainably develop real estate an understandable and inexpensive experience for all.  Our programs are designed for everyone interested in building a successful career in this rapidly changing and challenging industry. They are designed to meet the needs of people employed in the public and private sectors regardless of their level of experience in the industry.

The real estate development process essentially is the same anywhere in the world; the stages of development and the challenges encountered are global in nature.

These programs will benefit those who are interested in building careers as real estate developers, as well as those who seek a comprehensive understanding of the development process in order to better serve their developer clients and customers.  This includes planners, designers, architects, lenders, builders, attorneys, accountants, marketers, engineers, public officials, students, environmentalists, and others. Downloadable materials in .pdf format are available for all of our programs in accordance with the instructions provided on Our Programs page.

We invite you to review our complimentary presentations including the preview of our program on the Development Process, as well as the testimonials of persons who are familiar with the content and presentation of our courses.  We also invite you to follow us on FaceBook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
